I made an appointment at the hospital the doctor was working with and went for a consultation/surgery. Dr Aysen showed me some pictures of her patients and explained how things will go and I instantly felt very comfortable with her cuz I really liked the natural look of the noses she did before. I got my surgery right after because of the time limits I was spending in Istanbul. The surgery took 3 hours everything went very well I woke up with no pain just a bandage on my nose. Believe it or not I could kinda see the results right then. I already had an idea what my nose will look like. I spent 1 night in the hospital and Dr Aysen came to check on me it was very sweet. The next follow up was 2 days later when Dr Aysen cleaned up the area and took the silicone tampons out which let me breath much easier. Yes and we also got a deviated septum done which wasn't planned and there was no extra charge for that. Two more days later i went to see her again to take the cast temoved and she let me take a look at my nose. I was a little scarred to see a new person in the mirror cuz I still wanted to look like myself BUT it was an absolutely beautiful nose. Even though I had a little bruising and puffiness I loved it. She put the bandade back on so the shape wouldn't change cuz it was still fresh. Ten days after surgery she took everything off and I flew back home. So the whole back to normal life thing took me only 14 days! I really really loved the doctor and the office they work at its' clean welcoming cozy and friendly staff! I am so glad I found them. This year I am going to get my dead vein removal and next year I will get my breast lift with Bellaplast! Thank you Dr Aysen

When you're considering rhinoplasty surgery, clear and timely communication should be a basic expectation from your provider and their team. You need confidence that your surgeon and their team can answer basic questions clearly and timely, explain your treatment plan, and provide reliable support before and after surgery. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. After being approved for rhinoplasty by Dr. Baris Cakir and seeing several photos that I sent, I received a WhatsApp voice message from Dr. Cakir explaining his proposed treatment plan. The recording was extremely poor quality, with several sections muted or inaudible. I used WhatsApp's voice-to-text transcription to make sense of it, but there were still multiple blank inaudible sections because parts of the recording had no audible sound. Because I couldn't fully understand the treatment plan, I sent three follow-up questions that same day to Dr. Cakir's coordinator requesting clarification. A couple of weeks passed without any answers to these questions from Dr. Cakir or his team, and during this time, Dr. Cakir's coordinator contacted me twice asking me to select a surgery date, despite my unanswered questions and never having spoken to Dr. Cakir via an online consult (something I requested but was never scheduled). Dr. Cakir and his team prioritized selecting a surgery date over making sure I understood or felt comfortable with the proposed treatment plan or even having an online consult first. The responses from his team were robotic rather than personalized. It was uncomfortable and frankly unprofessional and lacked empathy. My biggest concern was the communication itself. If simple pre-operative questions took weeks to address, it made me question what communication would be like after surgery, when timely responses could be much more important. Bottom line: Expect long wait times for answers to basic questions. Communication is a critical part of any surgical experience, especially for rhinoplasty and other facial procedures where follow-up care matters. Before committing to surgery, consider whether you're comfortable with this minimal level of responsiveness that you will receive--not just before the operation, but during post recovery as well. Remember rhinoplasty has a very high revision rate. Choose wisely.
