The breakfast is worth the stay alone, with ten different kinds of salad greens, a dozen different kinds of olives, lots of cheese, along with US style eggs and bacon if you prefer. Espresso machines for coffee. Service is very good, friendly and professional. That said, the next time I am in Antalya, I would stay in the town, as the seashore development is quite garish (makes Malaga, Spain, look good), and you will need to drive if you want to go anywhere (there is a bus too). But it depends on what you're looking for. If you have a family with small children, this resort would be perfect for you. For the adults, there is no extra charge for beer or wine, either in the dining room or the bar, located on the same floor as there lobby.

Customer service is horrible, restaurants are pretty much nonexistent and rooms are tiny. We were attending a family wedding at the hotel and thought it would be great to stay here so we would be kind of like a one stop shop but when we made a simple request for an iron we were told they could not provide us with an iron but they would be willing to iron our 2 shirts and 2 pants for us we thought wow how generous and what great service until we found out it was going to cost us over 35 euros!! What a rip off and when we requested to iron our oun clothes they informed us that they ould not lend us the iron. That was just the beginning of our night mare stay so we decided to check out and get a better deal on the beat with another hotel for a better rate. One other thing, when we called for their rates we received 3 different quotes in a matter of 30 minutes. This place is unorganized with poor customer service and no concept of what they can do to make your stay more enjoyable. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

The swimming pool area right through to the large gardens and beach front are well maintained. The hotel has several resturants. All offer excellent quality. The Arum staff are helpful and friendly (treated us more like family). The vast majority of guests come from Europe and are aged between 25 and 45. Arum has it's own beach front which is reserved for guests only. Furthermore, the extensive garden areas offer plenty of space for relaxation - even in the middle of summer. Arum is located about 20 mins (walk) for the center of Side. There is a paved promenade along the beach front from Arum to the city center. The entire Arum staff were welcoming and friendly. We were warmly received by the front desk. Waiters, bartenders, etc. treated us more like family then guests. The animation staff were always on hand if we wanted to take part in any of the hotel activities. Arum has several resturants. We nearly managed to dine in all of them. The main restaurant offers excellent food and a large variety. The Chef clearly has an eye for detail & taste! There was so much variety, even after a week of being at Arum, we didn't manage to try everything (but we will definately be going back to continue making our way through the offerings). The waiters were extremely friendly and always at hand when needed (at breakfast, lunch and dinner). The pool area offers plently of variety. There are pools for children, a larger one for the 'adults' and seperate water slides for the kids (big and small :-) ). Every evening there is a life show while during the day there are lots of different sporting programs to particite in. Arum also has a nice gym. Furthermore, Arum has a disco which opens up directly after the live show each evening. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, modern and had a balcony overlooking the ocean. The minibar was filled every day, there was a combination code safe, as well as a flat-screen TV. 1 GB of free internet access is offered to guests. Arum is ideal for a summer beach holiday or for an enjoyable European winter escape. We have visited during both seasons and plan on returning during both again! The only danger at Arum is that you'll enjoy it so much that you'll be going back for years to come.
