Definitely a hidden gem in the Metro Square plaza! I've always wanted to come because of the wide selection of drinks. I saw a huge bag of The Library coffee beans, so I knew it would be good and different (unlike most coffee shop who uses Hatch coffee beans). We ordered the Tiramisu Latte (my absolute favorite drink from Mos Mos) and Grapefruit Sparking Americano, both iced. The drinks took about 15 minutes because there were only two cashiers/baristas. The "owner" was mainly incharged of the syrups and milk, while the other barista was incharged of the cash and espresso. You can adjust the sweetness and ice level so I asked for less sweet because the traditional recipe is super sweet. The drink turned out to be perfect! They will tell you to taste the drink first and if it's not strong or sweet enough, they would give you more at no charge. Most of the drinks come with a double shot, so I would say it's enough.
