1st Colonial Grill in Naga Centro is one of the best places to visit after a tiring day around the city. If you want to eat good Bicol food in the heart of Naga City, 1st Colonial Grill has your back...er...tummy. My friends suggested this place just for one reason: their Sili Ice Cream. From the name itself, it's not for the faint-hearted. My partner got himself the Level 10 Sili Ice Cream -- the highest there is -- and devoured it in one sitting. It was that good...and immensely spicy. Also tried some of their meals. Good for the budget, really, if you happen to drop by Naga on a tight tourist budget.
