I had a pipe burst in my basement. The mitigation team was great but when it came to restoration this was an absolute nightmare!! The very first day they didn't call and didn't show up. I had a friend take the day off work to be there when they got there and ... nothing. When they finally did show up the contractors were so incompetent they couldn't figure out even the simplest repairs. I had a green dumpster bag in my yard for personal use and they threw all of their drywall and construction scraps in here so in addition to the STEEEP outrageous price tag now I'm paying for their haul away too? No... it was 1 week and they showed up 3 times and only worked one day. 3x no call no show. They left iced tea bottles in my lawn and empty Gatorade bottles on the floor in the basement. ICING ON THE CAKE: THEY HUNG THE WRONG SIZE SHEETROCK!! Then charged me for their "time" and "work". What about my time and work? I had to take down the wrong Sheetrock they put up and go buy and rehang the right size! This place is ok for mitigation but steer clear for restoration!!! What a joke! I actually feel bad for the employees that do good work in this company to have to be associated with this horrible service. read more
