I work for Dell Technologies and have worked with Tony on a limited basis in the past. When I needed a gift for my LAUNCH Trainees as they completed a year-long training class, I knew exactly who to call. Tony went out of his way picking up the Yeti Ramblers that I had purchased online for in-store pickup at the Kittery Trading Post. Again, when it was time to pick up my order, Tony met me during a lunch break to deliver the finished products. I also failed to mention that this was a RUSH order. Tony turned around my request within days, working evenings and on the weekend. Fast forward 6 months and I placed my second rush order. This time I thought it would be helpful to order the Yeti Ramblers from Amazon, so they would get shipped directly to his shop. Well, as we all know, Amazon ships what they have from different locations, not all at the same time. Tony was waiting for one last purple Yeti to arrive and with a deadline quickly approaching he offered to go to a local retailer and purchase a purple Yeti so we could keep things on schedule. Who does this? Best customer service EVER! To boot, I accidentally omitted one mug from the order. Tony quickly got another mug and shipped it to the location where our celebration was being held.
