Service started off wonderful! By the 3rd week, the contractor never showed up on time or left on time. Had to run to Home Depot or Lowe's multiple times in one day, every single visit. Did not complete some items, did not refund us for the supplies we bought or items left incomplete, left a mess during and afterwards. Then he shows up with his "brother" ... no heads up, no introduction-brought him in through the back door. Then left him here, didn't say he was leaving, to go get tools...this happened twice! I sent an email explaining with pictures awhile ago, no response whatsoever. Not even to apologize for the mess! Never even caulked the outside kitchen window. read more
