YES! That's all we heard to all our questions was YES! Customer service/satisfaction is through the roof. Everything we needed, they had and provided. We had to find a venue within 48 hours due to being rained out & the response was almost immediate. We were offered an amazing price & the venue itself along with the managers of the facility provided a great experience. PROS: Updated, Open space with high ceilings. Easily can accommodate 200-275 banquet seating with a dance floor easily. Has a stage, in house Sound system & a huge display screen that you can use for slideshows or to show a small clip, movies etc. They have a small but suitable kitchen to use for heating food. Clean bathrooms, 3 stalls in Women's & I want to say 1 stall in men's. They have a built in Bar where you can add a Bartender from them or have your own bartender with a fee. You have the option to decorate yourself but they also have all the necessary options like table linen, charger plates, center pieces that they have to use as well as part of your package. They do have a ramp on the opposite side of the front where it is handicap accessible. CONS: Parking! It's in Downtown Riverside so this venue does not have its own private parking lot that can accommodate a big crowd. They do have a small front parking lot that can park 16 cars. Although parking is limited on their own private lot, there is PLENTY of public parking off of Lemon & off the public streets. Since it is located in DTR, it's a cool little walk where you can see the nightlife and get that city feel. There are not enough good things to say about The Fiesta Rooms Managers JUDY & ELVIA. They turned our stressful situation into a worry free event. I felt like every time I asked a question, Judy answered YES. And then to not worry about set up & clean up. Of course it's all in the package but it's so worth it. Elvia was so kind to leave property when we were in a bind, as guests were showing up, to buy certain container cups for the food. She ran around the corner to purchase them and brought them back, again going above and beyond. Anything I needed, they provided. They were VERY accommodating & lenient. So many of our guests absolutely loved the venue and had so many good things to say about The Fiesta Room! I highly recommend this venue to any one looking for an amazing venue with a steal of a price. Please go in to inquire and receive your package quote.
