Beautiful wines and delicious, made from scratch food (he even makes all his breads from scratch!) They exceeded every expectation I had set in my mind. Hosts were phenomenal. Really cool place, really cool people. We were greeted warmly and told we could sit anywhere. They have indoor and outdoor seating and lots of it. We opted for the outdoor patio next to DC's table. DC is their cat and she is super sweet. We got to hang out with her for a bit until a dog came up and scared her away. (They do allow dogs here on the outside lawn seating.) Lisa came by our table and gave us the wine and food menus. We ordered flights of wines, the hummus plate and focaccia. You can tell the amazing hummus was freshly made from scratch and the focaccia we agreed was the best we ever had, also made from scratch. We then ordered the bbq chicken sandwich, absolutely scrumptious (running out of synonyms for delicious!) Greg also made the bread for the sandwich from scratch! So yummy! Perfect texture and taste. We ended with a glass of wine and a sangria. Everything was phenomenal and the service was exceptional. And our Hosts, Lisa and Greg, were the loveliest people we have met in a long while. We talked for quite some time. They are a very hard working couple! We sincerely wish we were not just passing through and could spend more time here. We will definitely be stopping by again whenever our travels take us anywhere near here. Do yourself a favor and make sure to put this stop on your itinerary. p.s.
