We were there a little before 6p for dinner. This was a disappointment for me since I'm normally very impressed with the texas roadhouse chain, this was definitely a disappointment that I did not expect. My buddy and I ordered prime rib 12 oz medium and 14oz medium rare. When we got the order we got a 12oz medium rare and the 14oz medium. The server tried to convince us the 14oz was medium rare which certainly was not the case and the 12oz got sent back because it was medium rare. Well the "corrected" orders came back but the supposed 14 oz was supposed to be medium rare but it was clearly not and on topif that it appeared to be 12oz and the 12oz was medium but appeared to be 14oz. I made the comment that the orders were reversed and I was shortly replaced with another piece which clearly appeared to be the correct size but still medium. I was also told that it was weighed by the manager. I was told another friend was also there the same evening at another table and they were equally not impressed by the prime rib and the service also, so this mishap was not just my opinion of this location.
