I'm not a fan of sweets, but the strawberry cream cloud is a must-try! It literally feels like you're biting into a cloud. It wasn't overly sweet, but you could still taste a hint of strawberries. The soufflé pancake wrapped around the soft cloud was equally light and pleasant. The service was excellent. I overheard the owner giving a customer a free cream cloud for waiting a bit longer than usual, which was really thoughtful. I could definitely see myself buying a box to bring to a party.
