NEVER COME HERE. There is a reason why they are empty. They just sent me home after I spent 50 minutes filing my own nails, but the woman refused to even attempt to get the style a shape that I had when walking in. She said she couldn't remember. I have a photo with how she left my nails before she handed me the file because she's un willing to make a simple almond shape. On top of that, she kept trying to up-charge me, not even offer a simple apology let alone a discount for spending 50 minutes of my time finding my own nails in a nail salon that I'm paying for to relax in be in and out in an ample amount of time, when I have a meeting 90 minutes from my appointment time. They literally just send me home without even color on my nails. They even had the audacity to come in my ear and tell ME to hurry up that my nail tech has more appointments. Wow. I think they are racist and classless. They told me to "NEVER COME BACK." If I'm not getting my nails done I don't understand why I would. The last time I was here, my nails were lumpy and uneven, but I thought I would give them another chance. I'm vastly disappointed, I feel discriminated against, and I think this business needs to be shut down. read more
