I might be a foodie, but I'll never be too good for a tourist trap. In the sea of tourist traps that is Cancun airport, I was excited to see this one because I love Guy Fieri of course. We had like two hours to kill and the restaurant was super fun inside. I didn't take as many photos as I thought I guess! Nice menus and fun drinks and included souvenir glass, a guac cart, random episodes of his shows playing everywhere, cute punny menu titles, it was cool and the food was actually good! (lol) my friend HAD to do the guac cart. It was cute and you could personalize it but I'm not really one to order guac anywhere, but it was good. I had to try this obscene burger on the menu and it sounds good after having less than great resort food all week. Bacon, Mac and cheese burger? Yes, please. It was as expected and huge and gooey and flavorful. The fries on the side were like a mixed bag of waffle, crinkle, sidewinders, wedges and all seasoned well. I saw a blu-sabi sauce (blue cheese wasabi) on the menu and I had to have it and it was great! I am going to make it at home. It worked so well together. If you're stuck in Cancun airport, this is a decent option, especially if you love food network.
