Food: we ordered the grilled beef sandwich with Hong Kong sauce. It was pleasantly different compared to the usual Banh mi. The beef was soft and had a perfect chew to it. The sauce is slightly sweet and buttery. They have 3 different kinds of meat and 4 sauces to choose from. I will definitely try other combinations in the next visit. We also had spring rolls and Bun Cha (you know the kind Obama had when he ate with Anthony Bourdain in Vietnam). The Bun Cha was so good. It's a rare find because not many Vietnamese restaurants offer it. Service: we came during soft opening and the staff took their time to explain different Banh mi options and made recommendations. They were nice and attentive. Ambiance: the restaurant is airy and has a welcome feel to it. They have a couple of baskets by the entrance with real fruits.
