I stopped by here around 6:15pm on Christmas Eve. I ordered via app as usual. I saw that they had a $4 for 4 bundle as a deal! I got a medium drink, small fries, nuggets, and a burger. I got my son a 6 piece happy meal with fries and apples. When I arrived, I went to the restroom first which was mostly clean. The mirror definitely wasn't, lol. Afterwards, I went to the pickup counter and my food was waiting but there was no drink cups. I asked staff for one and she gave me a small cup. I had to wait and get another medium cup for myself. When I got them and went to get my drinks, one drink machine didn't have ice. I got my son a hi-c and myself a sweet tea. There were no small/medium lids to the cups. I asked a staff member (1) who pointed to the cups laying on the side, still in the package. Another staff (#2) who I assume has a higher position told the staff to do it. Staff #1 stated that another staff (#3) left it out. Staff (#2) told staff (#1) that both she and staff (#3) have the same position so it doesn't matter... lol Afterwards, I went to get BBQ sauce for myself and then noticed there wasn't any in happy meal box either. Staff from earlier (#1) gave me the BBQ needed. When we got to my grandma house, my son told me he didn't have fries in his happy meal. I gave him mine. I was gonna go back but didn't feel it.
