Stopped by Eataly hoping to find some gf pizza for a late brunch. It is divided into five or six different eateries. The one we chose was a pasta/pizza casual sitdown. They also had a cheese monger, a meatball a Panini and a couple of more fine dining options located within the same area.
We ordered a tomato salad with ricotta and capers and olives, and some basil pesto drizzled over it and we had a delicious pizza that was gluten-free.
The server was kind enough to show us the package when we asked what it was made from.
The vibe here was a cute little Italian café. Close to your neighbors to see what they're eating but not close enough to be part of their dinner.
Food was delicious and our server was knowledgeable and even recommended the gluten-free pizza even though she wasn't gluten-free herself! If you find yourself in Eataly at the ParkMGM, I'm sure any of the little eateries inside would be fantastic for lunch or brunch read more
