New steakhouse. Food is was very tasty. Everything was delicious. I would highly recommend the crispy braised bacon and chorizo stuffed portobello for appetizers, any of the steaks, Roja sangria tower and the bread pudding. The steaks were tender and succulent. Ambiance was very mellow, relaxing and calming. Service was good. John Carlos, the general manager, explained his cultural influence with the menu. We also met the chef Jonathan.
