On a Saturday evening, 2 friends and I decided to stuff ourselves full of grilled meats at Fogo. Since we had a 6pm reservation, we received seating immediately. Everyone signed up for the churrasco experience ($74/person) - the full AYCE. As usual, I did not get anything from the salad and appetizer bar, abstaining from anything that did not use to have a soul. The service proved spectacular. I was bombarded with different cuts of meat in the first 5 minutes; my plate seemed only to pile on more cuts. I had to throttle the throughput by flipping my circle to red just to get breathing (and eating) space.
