Really great spot for seasonal coffees / iced teas, as well as sandwiches! I came here for coffee with a friend on Saturday and thought there was plenty of seating (though it was drizzling while we were there, so not the best indicator of busyness/ability to grab a seat). Note, there's both indoor and outdoor seating but there isn't AC indoors so it can get stuffy! Service is so friendly and kind. I really love how creative their drinks menu is, and includes summer items like a slushie tahini cold brew, passion fruit lemonade, rose latte, miso brown sugar latte, and fresh squeezed watermelon juice. I got the passion fruit lemonade (a bit of a secret menu item), and it was very fruity and refreshing! Drinks run a bit expensive but the menu was so creative and special that I thought it was fine.
