A friend and I went to Bibliotheque for their movie nights on Mondays. The bar itself is pretty small and crowded, but I was delighted to see the seating area in the back, which had floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and plush/comfy seating. For the movie showing itself, they bring down a projector and play it on screen. It was very nice! The waiters are very attentive, and they check on you throughout the night for water and drink refills. They even provide a small container of freshly popped popcorn!
My friend and I ordered a charcuterie board to share, which had fresh bread slices, cheeses (cheddar and peppercorn), hot chorizo, mortadella, and some sauces (mustard and a jam). We also got the prosciutto sandwich to share. I loved the bread, it was sooooo fresh and crunchy! We also ordered wine - I particularly enjoyed their Riesling.
I would love to go back and visit this place during the day as a bookstore/coffee shop. It is so comfy and inviting, I feel like I could spend hours here! read more
