Great new spot in Palencia! I stopped by the newly opened Good Karma Coffee in downtown Palencia and was really excited to try it out. The space is cute and inviting, and it's always great to see new small businesses pop up in our area! I ordered the avocado toast, and it was absolutely delicious. The bread was nice and sturdy and held up well, the avocado spread was super smooth with a peppery flavor that gave it a little something extra, and the sliced tomatoes on top added the perfect fresh touch. I also tried two iced coffees, both with almond milk--the Butter Pecan and the Jamaican Me Crazy. Both drinks were refreshing, but the coffee itself was definitely on the lighter side. The flavor was very mild, and I'd say a little watery. If you prefer a stronger or bolder roast, it's worth asking what options they have available before ordering. Overall, this is a great new addition to the Palencia area, and I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu! Friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere, and solid food options. read more
