I'm a fan of any type of Asian ice and snow treat! Saigon Snow serves up a delicate ice / snow that is unreal - soft, fluffy and then tops it with fruit and mochi. So filling and refreshing. Had the Pandan and having grown up with this flavor, I must say - the Pandan was Pandan-ing. Ube looked great too.
