I found this cafe wondering around or exploring the older part of downtown Appleton, WI it had a very cozy boutique vibe to it and great musi. then the smell of fresh baked bread hit my nostrils and we had to stay. I loved the menu, the coffee was a fresh pour over and tasted great and the flat bread I got along with the Sausage Galett was outstanding. I ended up getting a bunch of bakery to go. if I could make any suggestions it would be to get there early because it seems to fill up around noon. Delicious!
