007 (John) was amazing to work with. Communication was excellent so I wasn't waiting for him for very long. Even tried his hand at getting the car to stay running, which she declined like any stubborn old girl. Secured her down, and followed all the laws of the road during the 49 mile trip. Even topped off the battery once we got to the auto shop. If I ever need another tow (fingers crossed I don't) I will not hesitate to call on 007 (John) again. read more
