First off, I would like to say that George, the guy who runs this business, was prompt and responsive to my request. He was quick and we got started on the project right away. I stayed out of his way and after about three hours he and his brother (whom I'm not sure if he has any credentials) completed installing a shower door for me. I had obvious reservations about it and he told me how to fix it and I paid him. That was my mistake. Also note, he didn't clean up his workspace and left it unattended also showing how little he cared. I contacted him later and told him that instead of him telling me how to fix a job that he clearly botched, we should have gone to a store and picked up items to fix it together. He agreed to come back the next day The next day he claimed he was too busy. He agreed to come back two days later. It came and went and amidst it he avoided my calls and blocked my number. So all in all, he did a rush job and when I paid him he stopped caring. Typical. But it was also insulting him stringing me along the way he did. He overall has no accountability and doesn't care about customer satisfaction.
