0/10 recommend. After MONTHS and SIX TECHS of trying to get my system fixed they left a disgusting mess all over my house, my cat could have done a better job with the caulk. The second tech said my unit had been so "ghetto rigged" by the first tech that they had to completely replace my unit. The installers couldn't even figure out how to install, they were on FaceTime for three hours with someone else walking them through it. Here we are in May and it's still making the same rattling noises. Horrible horrible experience and zero accountability. read more
