I was looking for a unique way to send birthday wishes from Vancouver, B.C. to my sister-in-law in L.A. I read every review of these guys and decided to go for it. I emailed Justeen and she responded right away. My sister-in-law is a huge fan of Frozen so I asked her if there was a possibility she could find an Elsa to come sing to her at her office. And she made it happen! I even got a call from the actor who played Elsa that morning to go over anything I wanted her to say and make sure everything was all set. It was great! Elsa arrived right on time, gave a little card with a personalized note in it, and sang "Let it go" to the whole office, while twirling my sister-in-law and putting a tiara on her head. She was so happy. Elsa stayed around to take some photos with others too. From start to finish the service was great.
