I would NOT recommend A Contractor's Solution Plumbing. They installed a tankless water heater in my house and not even a year later, the release valve they had installed (which was not closed or connected to an outside line for drainage), broke, and flooded my house. When I called them to come fix, the person replaced it and even though he told me that this valve was "known to be faulty", I was still charged for the repair. When I called the office to ask for a credit after learning that this was a known faulty valve, I was told "he never said that" and I was not credited. THEN, it happened AGAIN (flooding my house AGAIN) and when I called them, I was told I would be charged for them to come fix. I decided to ask the opinions of several other plumbers (with these photos) and every one said that this installation was BAD and there should never have been a release valve that was just left open, into the house. I ended up having to hire a certified plumber who also confirmed that this was installed incorrectly, and repaired the issue. I have spent so more money fixing A Contract Solution's Plumbing's work and was never offered any refund for their mistakes. read more
