AAA was a huge help when I needed an international driver's permit on very short notice. I didn't realize you could get one here on the spot. I walked in about 30 minutes before closing on a weekday, told them what I needed at the check-in counter, filled out a form, had a passport-style photo taken, and was out the door in about 15 minutes. Amazing. The facility is large and clean, with a waiting area. They also handle DMV-type services, and you can tell that part of the operation can get frustrating for some customers -- there were signs all over the check-in area asking people to be respectful and not harass the employees. For my visit and transaction though, everything was smooth and extremely pleasant. They take credit cards and there's plenty of parking in the lot. read more
