The cameras work well sometimes but once they are installed there is no customer service or support. We hired him to set up cameras for a small business and they did not replace ceiling panels that they had removed. Every time I reach out to Robert about the panels or issues with the cameras, he tells me he will come by that day or the next and then he never shows up. He's done this multiple times for weeks.
