I was referred to Sub Zero by a friend who used them when my A/C went south at one of my vacation rental properties. They showed up very promptly, and they were very good with my vacation rental tenants. I was given the option of a repair or replacement and after an attempt at repair, we all came to the conclusion of replacement. They gave me a really good price on a 16 seer unit and even brought in a crane to place the compressor on top of my townhouse. We recently got a price on the same 3 ton unit at our home in Broward County and it was hundreds more. To top that, they don't need a crane to install that one in Coconut Creek.
