Just a common transmission issue with BRZ, which can be estimated by changing the transmission fluid. They suggest to take it apart firstly, I refused of course! I ask the employee what brand of transmission fluid they put in my car, he vaguely said a synthetic something. I don't think they used quality ones. I tried to search the bottle from the internet, found Nothing. They gave me a receipt without saying how much for labor cost and material cost. I did print a beautiful coupon for a discount, the employee just said I should show him before the service have been done instead of when I pay. Not worth for spending $160 and have a really unsatisfied experience. They should really spend more money on improving the service instead of making a Advertisement saying that they are experts and swindling money out of customers.
