Cannot say enough about this contractor. He is reasonable, cares about quality, honest, and most of all trustworthy. We remodeled roughly 70% of our house, and he finished in around 3 months. We had to put in a sheer wall, and we knocked down a 20 foot long load bearing wall. We moved our kitchen to the middle of the house, knocked out a chimney, and moved my son's room to our dining room. This doubled his room size and made one large kitchen, dining, living room with a 10 foot island. We love our house now. We lived in our back master and my daughter's room during this remodel, even though we upgraded the electrical panel from 100 amp to 200 amp. I had a dog and two cats there as well. The most important part of all of this is I felt I could trust them 100%, and they even took in our trash cans on trash day if they were out--who does that.
