Where do I even start, I brought a wall oven and cooktop on my birthday March 7, they said it would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks on March 28 they only brought the wall oven it was installed but didn't work you know why because it was only the frame they didn't have the mother board in the inside to make it work so they had to order me a new one. I had to wait another 2 weeks for the wall oven which was today they delivered the wall oven it was installed but guess what it only had one cooking rack in the inside I called the store and talked to the salesman Brian he says he'll call me back, when he calls back he says to me we can bring them back out on Monday wtf no, I'll will meet you because at this point I'm upset because it's clearly a month a a couple days and I don't have a completed wall oven nor do I have my cooktop. Then he tell me I can speak to his manager but never put him on the phone he tells me that the manager is on a important call and gotta call me back. I will never call with this company ever again, very unprofessional and do not care about the needs of their customers. read more
