‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼ I do not normally do anything like this, but I definitely need to put this out there. We have had a "local contractor" replacing our floors and it's been a total nightmare! They started replacing our floor on February 9th and are still not done as of today. Our house is not that big, so it is definitely not a 2+ week job. The name of the business is Able Construction and the owner is David Stone. They have terrible reviews and I see why. They would not contact myself or Bryce or communicate in anyway shape or form. They did not show up when they promised to. They said they would work 8-5 every day and did not show up till 2 every single time. Here's where the story gets even worse. HE OR HIS WORKERS STOLE OUR PROPERTY! We work awfully hard for what we have and to have them come into our house and steal our belongs really rubs me the wrong way. We threatened to file a police report and our belongs magically reappeared. We fired them on the spot and they will not be returning to finish the job. Again, the name of the company is ABLE CONSTRUCTION and they are located in the West Plains area. Address is 203 West Maple Street. They are not a licensed company and I did report them to the BBB. BEWARE of DAVID (DAVE STONE) and his workers! They are untrustworthy, stealers, and down right a terrible construction company! read more
