Still waiting to hear back after saying on review forums that they were "prepared to make it right" after doubling the cost from their original estimate. They also promised to repair or pay for items they damaged during the move. They won't return calls or emails. But they will respond to reviews that are available to the general public ... even though they are just condescending and placating. See you guys in small claims court. read more
