If you signed up with Acanac and have problems, you deserve it! Service is so bad that they are currently having a Cyber Monday sale consisting of free internet for a year. It's the only way that they can lure new clients. I'd only give Acanac a '5' if I was able to put a 'minus' sign in front of it. I was with them for several years and the service was ok. But then they decided to change their billing format / system and thus started the frustrating nightmare of having to deal with Acanac customer service. It was so frustrating that I canceled my service. Fortunately, Teksavvy had a great deal at the time so I jumped at it. No regrets as Teksavvy has been great in all aspects. They even recently reduced my monthly bill due to a recent CRTC decision - they wanted to extend the savings to their customers. Again, if you go with Acanac in spite of all the negative reviews and you have problems.... you only have yourself to blame. read more
