Look - if Ace here in Lake Worth wants to continue charging more than other hardware stores/home improvement stores, then have a BATHROOM that your customers can use. The one in Fort Lauderdale off of Cordova does, so does the (Awesome!!!) Ace in Deerfield. You're supposed to know going to an Ace that you pay a premium for customer service, selection, and convenience. This shop has only convenience. It's pretty obvious that this is a "top down" problem. Hey Owners - get it together - COVID isn't an excuse not to have a bathroom available to your customers in March 2022. And if it's another reason, you're a store that supplies parts to fix toilets. I'm a frequent (was) customer, but if you can't provide a place for someone to take a wee while you are shopping - well....I'll go to all the other hardware stores like McDonald's in Fort Lauderdale, Ace in Deerfield or Fort Lauderdale, or unfortunately Home Depot.
