Driver was constantly on his phone. When he dropped my truck off, he unstrapped it before backing it into the space and it fell off the truck, damaging the bull bars on the front. He tried to deny it and claimed the damage was already there. He didn't even KNOW it fell of the truck because he was on his phone. It was only because someone YELLED to him that it fell off.
