The worst experience. I went last week, and my car didn't pass the inspection because it had a tracking device that my dealer's agency had installed. They told me I had to remove it, which I didn't know how to do or where it was located. The man treated me rudely, and I left politely, hoping to return after I had removed the tracker. When I finally did, I went back today, and they told me I hadn't disconnected the correct device and that I had to specifically cut some wires that they pointed out. Not knowing anything about it, I asked them if those were the wires for the tracker and if cutting them would allow my car to pass the inspection. They said yes. After I cut them, I went back the same day and told them that after cutting the wires, I couldn't see the turn signals on my dashboard, and that those weren't the correct wires they had told me to cut. They were so rude and just said, "Take it to a mechanic and have them fix it." After the terrible day they put me through, they didn't even apologize or admit that they didn't know which wires belonged to the tracker either. After paying $17 and cutting the wires that send signals to my dashboard, I will never go back to that place. read more
