I only had my car 6 mos and a bonehead backed into me in a parking lot. Fortunately he had insurance. Unfortunately it was one of those cheap, barely legal insurance companies. Anyway, I tried to use 2 other shops that family members recommended and both wouldn't return my calls or communicate with me. So I decided to use Advanced since it was close to my house and more convenient. They fixed my car perfectly. Keith was very helpful, and kept me up to date bc they were having issues with the cheap insurance. It did take two weeks, however, I won't dock them any points bc the timeframe wasn't their fault and I'm extremely impressed and satisfied with the end result. I was fortunate to borrow a family member's car for the duration so I could see how someone with a rental would get anxious about the time.
