Update - after the initial appointment which went well, at the fitting appointment, they didn't explain to my son or his dad about the treatment process. They must have thought that it was understood how the process works and because the men don't ask questions, they let it go. Now my son is upset at how the Invisalign trays are changing his bite and he thought they told him it would only be 7 months. Of course his dad doesn't know anything either. I'm disappointed in the miscommunication and that after all their years they don't know how to tailor communication to ensure the process was understood. Also disappointed that when I called to ask questions, the person helping me didn't know the answers and said she would ask someone and they'd call me back but I had to call them the next day as no one reached out. If my son does go through with his decision not to continue treatment, I'll be out half the fee - $1500. I'm so upset at the mishandling of this whole thing. read more
