He is knowledgeable, friendly, and always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Jason, explains everything clearly, as he educated me on how to work the vehicle's components since it was all new to me. You can tell they really care for their customers. I found that very rare for a rental company yet highly valued given my situation. I believe being compassionate and well educated when it comes to the needs disabled, Efficiency and professionalism are all hallmarks of this companies service.
