Parking can be a bit tricky--I ended up finding street parking a few blocks away, but there are also bus stops nearby for those using public transit. I visited specifically to check out their hand soaps and lotions, as Aesop is known for being a premium, high-end brand. The store offers a variety of products, including soaps, lotions, serums, and perfumes, all of which smelled incredible. There's a dedicated area in the store where you can test out the products, which is a great feature for anyone wanting to get a feel for the scents and textures before purchasing. During my visit, only one staff member was working, but the service was very friendly and helpful. The staff member patiently answered all my questions about the products. I noticed that prices weren't displayed on any of the items, so I had to ask for each price individually. The staff member was knowledgeable but had to double-check some prices.
