We stopped by Affinity to see if it might be a good retirement option for my mother‑in‑law. Since it's really designed for active adults and not for people who are getting close to needing assisted living, it wasn't the right fit for her.
That said, my wife and I were actually pretty impressed. The amenities were great, the staff and residents were genuinely friendly, and the pricing seemed very reasonable. Plus, the location is super convenient -- it's an easy walk to a nearby shopping center.
