I brought my 10yo daughter here to get her first real haircut in at least 4 years. I was nervous about going somewhere I didn't know and having them mess her hair up. She had an idea of what she wanted but was nervous about it looking bad after it would be cut shorter. Kim was the stylist who did her hair and she was incredible. Very kind from the moment we walked in the door. Excellent at communicating with her directly, discussing the options and adjusting her hair before even starting to cut it so my daughter had a rough idea of how it would look. I could see the appreciation in my daughter's face that an adult was talking to her directly and not asking me for inout. Kim took time to explain proper upkeep in washing it and getting down into the scalp, and the final cut came out absolutely delightfully. For sure will bring my daughter back here for trims and future cuts. read more
