A French bucher in the middle of Amsterdam. Here you will find good sauage, rilletes, duck confit and all the french goodie. The guys who work there all really friendly and nice and can speak good english. I ordered lam chop and sauage with rosemary and gralic for BBQ The lamb chop is a perfect cut and really nice meat.
