Everything from their communication, not having a life person working in their business just to answer machine returning Customer's phone calls jumped right out of the truck with an attitude and I'm the one hiring them and the quality of the work is horrible. The concrete is no good. The word is worse. They just promise you they're gonna make it right promise you they're gonna make it right and then they come out after 47 calls trying to get them to come out and do something about the concrete.
