This is a roaming vendor food truck. Their specialty is shaved ice. They offer 66 different flavor options, all available in sugar-free versions, allowing customers to mix and match flavors to create custom combinations. Tonight they were set up next to the stage at Choctaw park. Kinda funny since it was a hot pepper eating competition. It got a little cool tonight while we were sitting there so wasnt really after a shaved ice but they had water too. While waiting I noticed the special board.
