Haven't had service in six months and keep getting the run around on equipment and install dates/times. The tech finally came to the house after 4 months without service and the panel he had was faulty, he also did not bring the additional equipment that I was told I was getting (I'm assuming they offered this to me due to the lengthy wait time and poor customer service, we are at the six month mark currently without service) cameras door bell, etc. We rescheduled for another day and then he didn't show up and when I called (I was on the phone for almost two hours and hung up on at one point and had to call back) they said they had no record for an open ticket.. Not to mention they we're continuing to charge me each month, until I threw a fit about paying for services we were not receiving. Additionally I had asked about cancellation and they said if I canceled, they would charge me for the remaining months of the contract. Funny how I was being made to uphold my end of the contract, but they were not and still aren't providing the service. Needless to say, I would not recommend Alder or any of their services, it's pretty obvious they aren't that concerned with their customers safety or wellbeing, just due to the lack of effort and time it's take to get the issues resolved... and for the record, they still aren't resolved... I just thought I'd type this up while I wait for the guy to show up for the appointment he scheduled with me for 8am this morning...current time 3:23pm....
